Caraway Seeds - are frequently used in baking. Found in most types of rye bread. Caraway seed is also used in flavoring curries, sausages and even liqueurs. In order to keep the fragrance and flavor intact, caraway seeds are generally ground just before preparing dishes or whole seeds are lightly roasted before using them.
